// almost every authenticator uses SHA-1, 6 digits and 30 seconds — the code changes when the period rolls over  ·  an otpauth:// link brings its own settings and fills these in for you

What happens to your secret

// the calculation uses your browser's own Web Crypto: nothing is sent to Pixtria, nothing is written to storage or cookies, and nothing about it is logged. Close the tab, or press Clear, and it is gone. This page is counted as a pageview like every other page — the visit, never the secret.

// this tool has nothing to do with the two-factor login of a Pixtria account: it only calculates codes for a secret you paste in yourself.
